The value of your items: furniture, antiques, and objects we can resell. • If your items are worth EXACTLY the cost of our work = The clearance is 100% FREE. • If your items are worth MORE than our work = We clear the house AND pay you the difference. • If your items are worth LESS than our work = You pay a clear, fixed price to cover the remaining costs.

How long does it take to clear a 3-bedroom house?

Generally, a team of 2-3 people can clear a 3-bedroom house in one day (6-8 hours). For more complex cases or difficult access, this may extend to two days. We assess this during the quoting process.

What if the house is hard to access or has no lift?
