It's very simple. When we come to your house, we calculate two things:
1. The cost of our work: trucks, our team's labor, disposal/recycling fees, and our business margin.
2. The value of your items: furniture, antiques, and objects we can resell.
• If your items are worth EXACTLY the cost of our work = The clearance is 100% FREE.
• If your items are worth MORE than our work = We clear the house AND pay you the difference.
• If your items are worth LESS than our work = You pay a clear, fixed price to cover the remaining costs.
Generally, a team of 2-3 people can clear a 3-bedroom house in one day (6-8 hours). For more complex cases or difficult access, this may extend to two days. We assess this during the quoting process.
This is our daily work. We operate in upper-floor apartments across Brussels, in narrow streets in Ixelles or Schaerbeek. We handle the lift reservation and sort out parking permits with the local municipality for you.
