Estate situations raise very specific questions. Here are our answers.
In principle, yes. Every heir has rights to the deceased's estate. We recommend a written agreement (or via the notary) before we step in, especially for valuable items. We can wait for that green light — quotes remain valid for several weeks.
During our visit, we jointly identify the categories you want to keep (photos, documents, jewellery, mementos). We gather them in labelled boxes you pick up before the clearance. No personal item is discarded without your explicit consent.
Yes, in roughly one case out of three. If the resale value of the furniture and antiques covers our costs (labour, trucks, disposal), the service becomes 100% free. Above that, we pay you the difference. Below, you only pay the remaining balance.
Absolutely. It's actually common. We can pick up the keys from the notary, the estate agent or a neighbour, clear the property, and hand the keys to the recipient of your choice. You don't need to be in Belgium.
A standard 3-bedroom home is cleared in 1 to 2 days by a team of 3. Denser cases (hoarding, older houses, full cellars) can take 3 to 5 days. We commit to a firm deadline in the quote.
